How should I supply my artwork for digital offset printing?
Preferably, print quality PDF in CMYK with 3mm bleed all around. No cut marks or registration marks required.Other accepted file formats:
• 300dpi CMYK TIFF or JPG
• Adobe Illustrator
• InDesign
• Most professional designer application software
Please make sure that all fonts are converted to paths and all images are supplied with the job in print (300dpi) resolution in CMYK colour mode.
How should I supply my artwork for Large format printing?
Preferably, print quality PDF in CMYK with 5mm bleed all around (bleed may vary according to finishing requirements).
Other accepted file formats:
• 300dpi CMYK TIFFs
• Adobe Illustrator
• InDesign
Please make sure that all fonts are converted to paths and all images are supplied with the job in print (300dpi) resolution in CMYK or RGB colour mode.
Can I send my work for print by email?
If your file is 10MB or less, you may send it by email to [email protected]
If your file is larger than 10MB you may:
• Send it via a popular FTP transfer site such as: transferbigfiles.com or wetransfer.com
• Deliver artwork to our press on CD, DVD, Memory stick or mobile hard drive
• Contact us so we can grant you access to our FTP.
How should I supply my database for personalization or mail merge?
All we require is a simple Excel sheet with data required in different rows. Every different row represents a different print. Should you required variable data on different lines, on the same print, use different columns.
Can I have a printed proof of my work prior to proceeding with the full order?
Yes, we can supply printed proofs at a charge. If you proceed with the full order as per proof, the charge will be waived.
Is there a minimum order for print?
In most cases, you can print just one. We make it feasible to print smaller amounts so you do not have to store large amounts of print material with the possibility of having outdated information.
